Pastor Julie Kelly joined Lutheran Campus Ministry, Syracuse in 2024 after serving several E.L.C.A. congregations in California.  
She brings a passion for interfaith relationships and expansive theology to her role as a Chaplain.  

A former Military child and spouse, she has lived in 14 states and 2 countries, bringing a wealth of experience in different spaces and ways of thinking to her role.  

She looks forward to spending time with students as they navigate their faith and religion during thier time in Syracuse.

Her favorite child is her grandpuppy and her favorite Bible story is that of Ruth.
